Subscription Terms

These terms govern billing, automatic renewal and cancellation of paid Vemlio subscriptions.

Plans

Vemlio Core, Growth and Portfolio are fixed packaged plans with included units, properties, users and storage. Vemlio Modular consists of a workspace base plus individually selected modules. Included limits can be expanded with paid overages. Prices are shown per month in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

No trial — free sandbox instead

Vemlio does not offer a time-limited trial. Instead, a free, public sandbox with fictional sample data lets you evaluate the product before purchasing. A newly created real workspace has no paid features until a plan is purchased.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. Annual plans are billed for twelve months up front.

Automatic renewal (please read)

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) and your payment method will be charged the then-current fee for the next period, UNTIL YOU CANCEL. You authorize these recurring charges. This automatic-renewal disclosure is provided in accordance with US automatic-renewal laws (including California's).

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time in the product or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. Cancelling stops future charges.

Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes take effect according to Stripe proration. Your entitlements are always derived from the verified subscription state, never from a browser redirect.

Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods and will provide notice before a price change takes effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payment failure

If a payment fails, a grace period of 7 days applies. After that, paid modules are locked while your data remains intact until payment is resolved.

Taxes

Applicable US state and local sales tax (or VAT where relevant) is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.
