The operator listed below is the controller for account data. For resident data imported by a customer, the customer is the controller and Vemlio acts as processor.
Account data (name, email, role), workspace data (properties, units, residents, leases, renewal cases, tasks), uploaded documents, email delivery logs, survey responses where enabled, and technical logs.

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Gemini via the platform provider (document extraction), object storage and hosting infrastructure.
Participation is voluntary. Incentives are tied to participation only, never to answers or to a renewal decision. Aggregated modes suppress results below a minimum response count.
Data is retained while the workspace is active and according to configured retention classes. Deletion requests are honoured within statutory limits.
